To Complete the Contract on Your PC

- When prompted, select Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Click OK.
- Review the contract.
- Click
on the right side of your screen. - Click in both boxes at the bottom, indicating that you agree with the terms.
- Click at the top of the screen. Follow the prompts to add your signature.
- Save the document if you’d like to keep a copy.
- Email the signed document to affordablebackyardtents@gmail.com.
